Shower Chakra Cleansing Meditation

After washing your body with soap and rinse, either turn off the water or turn shower head to the side.  Rub the Atlantian Angel scrub of your choice all over your body, down your legs and arms.

Now, relax and starting from your root chakra, rub the scrub in a circular motion counter clockwise at the base of your spine.  Picture the color red as you feel your chakra opening like a lotus flower.

Move up to your second chakra, on the lower abdomen (for women that is over the uterus area) and rub in a circular motion.  Picture the color orange and feel your chakra opening letting go of any feelings of not being loved or not having the right to have your needs met.

Go next to the third chakra at the solar plexus and rub the same way, thinking of the color yellow.  As your third chakra opens visualize taking back your power and your ability to discern your beliefs.

Now do the same for your fourth or heart chakra, rubbing counter clockwise and visualize the color green.  Open up your heart to love and accepting yourself and the loving person that you are.

Next go to the throat, your fifth chakra.  As your rub in circle opening your throat chakra visualize the color blue and let anything clear that keeps you from speaking your truth.

Up on your forehead between your eyes is your third eye or sixth chakra.  Rubbing in the scrub in the same way, visualize the color indigo, and say "I am feeling, thinking, and lovingly expressing my vision."

Next, rub just a little scrub on the crown chakra or seventh, on the very top of your head and visualize the color purple.

Now, relax and now let the water pour over you, down your head and over your entire body.  Visualize the water pouring through each of your chakras starting in your crown through a tube going from the crown to your root.  Going down the drain clearing out any old energy that you are ready to let go.  Then visualize the water pouring all around your body, cleansing your aura.  Feel all the negative energy going down the drain.  All the energy from other people that you have been around, any energy that is old and you are ready to clear.  Ask source to help you to be helped to clear anything conscious or unconscious that is keeping you from being the loving person that you came here to be.  Feel it going down the drain.  Feel the salt, the oil and the water taking all the unwanted energies down the drain and out of your system.  Just let the water run for a few more minutes and let all the energies that no longer serve you, GO.

Feel warm, relaxed and free from anxiety. Now visualize a golden ball of energy over your head, let the golden particles of the ball start flowing through your crown chakra down the tube through every chakra filling them with the gold light particles all the way down to your root chakra and around your aura. Feel the positive universal energy revive your body and your spirit.
